"binaural and isochronic tones"
It took me way too long to find this plug-in for Audacity for creating silent subliminals, so I uploaded it into the forum. The instructions how to install it: https://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Downl...t_Plug-ins

Hi

maybe someone can help me further...

I like to create a binaural background

  • 40 hertz or Gamma Waves: when we are mentally active, solving problems or having intense emotions like anger or joy.

  • 13 – 40 hertz or Beta Waves: when we are actively concentrating or leading a generally active lifestyle.

  • 7 – 13 hertz or Alpha Waves: when we are in a relaxed state or a pre- meditative state and we are not too stressed.

  • 4 – 7 hertz or Theta Waves : when you are in a state of deep meditation, deep sleep or when you are dreaming.

  • 0 – 3 hertz or Delta Waves: a state of deep dreamless sleep.
with that plugin. I didnt find a how to "program" that plugin.... 😟

So what I like to do is a ca. 20 Minutes 4.7 hertz Theta Waves....

Yes, this is how I do it. Very easy! The trick is to generate, for example, a gradual descent. This is where dedicated programs (like gnaural) can be very useful.
