"No fap" movement. And it exactly what it says - no masturbating.

Indeed, it's as 'Ra says; a movement of  masturbation abstinence. (google Fappy the Dolphin. RIP though)

Okay, I'll kick off the discussion; I think it's mostly BS.
I think anything in excessive overabundance is potentially harmful.

But I think the movement is basically a congregation of;
- puritan religious zealots
- neo conservatives
- testosterone worshippers (body builders/gym addicts)
- achievement guru's

So in many cases, these guys will present 'scientific' evidence about the 'harms' of any masturbation, affecting moral and obstructing the many ways to success and happiness in life.

I do however agree that semen retention to a limited degree, limited time span, can be beneficial to retain testosterone and energy levels in general. 
However, total abstinence from masturbation is madness - I wish them goodluck in the future as the 'same' science has illustrated they're at higher risk of developing prostate cancer.

So if they wish to stop masturbating, let they stop masturbating. Why they abuse anyone else with such a thing?
