They appear to be Oroblu Samantha tights.

They are Oroblu Samantha tights only one problem was going to buy a pair for myself and need a L/XL. Only place to get these is on ebay but they only have a size S/M if that size fit you buy them ASAP or will be gone. If remember right is a discontinued style buy Oroblu my luck as soon as I see a pair I would love to  have and wear they stop making them.
