Just stumbled upon this file with the following Anon description:

I trained with her workout file in early 2020 when the lockdown started, and now I'm over 80 pounds down. And in the best fitness state of my life. Her words are deep in my mind, and I do it for all the dominant women. Sounds stupid when you write it, but it's damn effective. And I haven't listened to it in a long time. I actually should listen again, thanks for the inspiration.
