its almost certainly custom made rather than a standard "off the kinky shelf" Item

Actually, what could be the rules of such a skilled sporting event, with such well thought out slo-mo replays? Wear a mac? Don't drop tissues on the floor? Drooling is not allowed? No Excercise books stuffed down contestants trousers? Ugly contestants need not apply?
