Well... I did think of that and made the threads shorter on the leg ice locks. That way the legs came free first and I could just stand on tip-toes ...which in itself is quite a nice position to be in!

I don't want to spoil the fun, but I had heard of some danger from this position. Here is an interesting article about it. Apparently, it is dangerous, once you are suspended from your arms, no trouble, as long as your legs support the body.
