This was one of Jonbers' costumes for Drag Race UK season 4 recently

The guys are extremely talented, yet I wonder if they glue the suits by themselves or order them. Also, taking into account what they do on stage, the latex should be very slippery (feet) and it shouldn't survive many shows. So PVC would be a more suitable material at the expense of the fit, feel and elasticity.
