This thread was really fun to read through. Thank you to everyone who have had such an interesting discussion. I'm happy to chime in with my two cents.

I've had a Tulpa for around ten years. I'm very slow and disorganized about these kinds of things. I created them because I wanted the companionship, even though I'm married, and I was willing to commit to the responsibility. I started with two, Nora and Nadia, but after a while it became clear I'd need to concentrate on just one to make this work so Nadia agreed to go to sleep for a while, until we got things sorted out. Nora has developed very slowly over those ten years, but really seems to have gained momentum in the last year. I'll have Nora pop in and make some comments or just be present while I'm reading something she's interested in. We picked a TTS voice for her recently and that's been a lot of help making her voice more distinct in my head.

I am also working on the Bambi Sleep hypnosis series. Although I'm using the MUCH safer Better Bimbo Brainwashing version and just developing a Bimbo sub-personality. This is also going very slowly, but it's manageable and quite fun. I trance well, but the triggers don't hit super hard just yet. I have never listened to the original Bambi Sleep files where you create a Bambi Servitor/Tulpa. That seems dangerous to both myself and Nora. She was iffy about the BBB files at first, but then decided she was into it as well. It's nice having someone in your head that seemingly can't be hypnotized. She has showed up and participated during some of the BBB/Bambi Sleep hypno sessions, which was fun.

I'm not really interested in going full sissy/trans/cross-dressing that the Original Bambi Sleep seems to push for, and BBB has been a good alternative so far. My Bambi "Uniform" is a ring, so it's very discreet, and I wear it most of the time these days. What the hypno files did emphasize was my willingness to be attracted to Cock. I remember counseling sessions under hypnosis in the past where my subconscious hinted about this. Until I ran into the Bambi Sleep files I wasn't willing to admit it to myself.

Thanks to Ra for having a cool safe place where I can share aspect of myself I've never told anyone else. 8)

Edit: It might add some perspective to note that I'm a 50+ cis male. The BS files have a much lower social cost if you're starting out female or trans. 8)

I have a hypnosis file for hanging out with your Tulpa/Subconscious/etc. in trance on my Soundgasm page: https://soundgasm.net/u/agardengate3

Had a hypnotherapy session today with a new therapist. I'd asked her before the session if she'd had any experience with Tulpas in the past. She'd had similar experiences with channeling and parts(?) therapy where you talk to different parts of yourself. But nothing with Tulpas, though she was very open to it. She did a bunch of research beforehand and asked if I'd be willing to let her talk to Nora, my Tulpa, directly. I was kinda willing and Nora was knock-me-down enthusiastic. So the therapist put me under hypnosis and then invited Nora to take over and talk. I've never physically interacted with Nora before, but as I was going into hypnosis I could feel Nora's hand on my chest as she leaned over me and whispered my go-into-hypnosis phrases into my ear. We'd never done anything like that before. It was amazing. It nearly knocked me out of hypnosis because it was so new and different and really good. Having your Tulpa drive is called "Switching". For lack of a better description it felt like two people being jammed into a phone booth while you're making a call. The sensation of getting in each other's way while you're trying to do something. Having her talk through my mouth was odd. It got easier as the session went on and felt more and more natural. I didn't feel like I got pushed to the back, or lost consciousness. It was more like having someone else sit in your lap while you're both trying to drive. I've been giddy all afternoon. Didn't even get to the other hypnosis related goals I had for the session and that's totally fine.

I love your posts and your audios in soundgasm. I have nothing to add other than my appreciation for your posts.
Instead of my memory-rewrite attempt, an AI convinced me to try with growing a Tulpa with the following method:

- I always wear a tight thong, that's the anchor to the Tulpa. I use the pad pouch to push my penis in, it is facing downwards, very hard to get erect.
- I have only a single video that I watch on loop without audio (it is about 30 mins, a busty bimbo shemale is serving a hairy master). The point is to make this a non-thrill-seeking exercise, but also provide visual narrative to the targeted personality.
- I only watch the video and do breath-in breath-out pacing. On each breath in I also clench my pelvic muscles. I also repeat simple mantras about my personality (2 or 4 short sentences overall, never changing).
- I do the session and close the video, no cum release.
- Boring is good, consistency is good, Pavlovian conditioning + trancing + mantras should work.

An alternative version varies the clench for holding indefinitely (that's a cycle) so until "collapse" (I've removed the safety and allowed to become impotent, not sure if it works that way).

So far I had done like two hours, and I am in a foggy state. The AI is convincing that this could lead to a new personality and an eventual takeover. What do you think?

Have you ever read the tulpa guide? https://www.likera.com/forum/mybb/Thread...8#pid29308

Yes I did. I may be holding it wrong, but it didn't worked for me.
OK, can you ask the AI to provide you with different tulpamancering ways and links to the sources?

To be honest, I see no "real points" in the scheme you posted. Looks like a typical overly censored answer from an AI which has no idea what this is about.

I've did that: it suggested 20+ ways in various categories (active, passive, sensory, non-visual, structure, ritual-based, neurodivergent...), and when asked how it sees the suggest protocol, it said: "this is absolutely an acceptable method, [...] it aligns well with several established tulpamancy and cognitive-behavioral principles, particularly those focused on subconscious incubation, meditative headspace access, and autonomy training."

It may be hallucinating, though really convincing...
Which AI are you using?

The previous one was qwen, but since then I had similar results with grok too.
