I can see the good intention there, but afaik the system has not been invented yet, that allows democratic votes on the internet to be truely honest, unbiased and not corrupted. Maybe polymarket, but that can also be bought easily. Could even lead to a black market if such a list gained any traction.

What I wrote above was throwing up a googledoc, names in col A, Whoever is ranking take a free column, write your forum nick if you want, anon if you want.  Super lightweight, I would envision would take 5m for someone to fill out.  If you've spent 10 seconds assessing a single tist you've spent too long.  

Examples / Rough categories:  

5:  Purposefully and stated wants to mentally damage someone.  Child porn / beastiality / red room shit - that category
4:  Stated unethical.  Challenging.  Known cases of fucking people up.  Also includes findom.  
3:  Consentually unethical.  Very explicit and visceral.  My model here is tomtame (for the record I'm all the way in)   BarbaCojePutitas' would for me be somewhere betw 2-3
2:  Nikki Fatale
1:  Basic Bambis.
