What is this?

Zentai suit made out of pantyhose? Oversized pantyhose (legs) plus sewn in three legs? Or what?

OK, so the consensus is - Photoshop. As an example, here's two fake pantyhose encasement photos. I have no idea how they are made. I'm not good at digital photo manipulating.

Looks like normal pantyhose with digitally added/removed/modified seams.
