I want to try adding the below at [7]... Might be a bit "much". But damn if the thought of it doesn't do something. Same goes for a kig mask, or any of those here where there is some kind of deep throat gag/tube. Might just be enough to get me to learn some blender instead of always using freeCAD for 3d printing!

This is so hot. So frustrating that no actually usable clones have popped up on AliExpress yet, that would be actual silicone and proper size. The only ones available are all the same and are neither.

I did notice that Chinese gags tend to have problem with being small, I guess Asians are just tinier overall, but classic ballgags seem to be available in 5cm diameters. I've never been able to find a ring/spider gag that wouldn't be only 45mm (Other than the ones with thick long wide loops to the side, which just don't work great at all).

Yes, it's a very old bug in MyBB - if the image is smaller than the thumbnail size it's not shown.

Just a little disappointing in the way the strap attaches. At first look, I thought that the strap would go through the base allowing the "wings" to go both inside or outside of cheeks, but it only allows outside placement.

I really doubt that. I have that one too and it's a really stiff silicone. This one is probably from same sort of squishy silicone that most of the Chinese "fantasy" toys are made of these days. If it wasn't, they wouldn't have these product pictures:
