I just got the medium and the big one. Oof, they are certainly something. 

Important thing to note, they are made from two different silicone hardnesses, you can see the parting line in this picture:
   

The shaft is super nice and squishy, perfect to have jammed in your throat   😋 , but the base that goes inside your cheeks is normal firm silicone (I did test that the entire thing indeed *is* silicone).

The base is really big and firm and it is very hard to stuff it inside of your mouth, but once it's in, it's *in*. Might even go as far as to say it might not be possible to spit out without your hands - further testing is needed (hehe).

It's not that long, though, it doesn't really get into the throat that much. It mostly rather just stimulates the uvula and oropharynx.

They've probably been mentioned in the thread aeady, but the weirdest one I personally own is one of those gags that keeps your mouth open and looks like a giant pair of lips.

I received mine and ... it's a huge disappointment. The shaft is soooo "liquid" soft, so it fills all cavities in my throat, preventing breathing. I would definitely prefer it harder. Unfortunately, for me it's unusable.

The vibrator is nice so, when the gag is in, it numbs the throat. Still can't breathe around ....

I've got one. It's too small, too rigid and with different proportions 😊 On the picture it's much bigger and with a "mushroom head".

The idea is the same, indeed!

I have one as well. Got it from eBay.
Small?? Well maybe a Medium? But, yes. Not soft and squishy, but hard? More like stiff.
Would love to find one soft and flexible.
