Shoudn't be too hard to make. Let's see....
A mouth piece like they used in American Football.
A round rubber ball.
A mask, latex or rubber, like the ones found on eBay
And a way to connect them together.
I'm thinking of a plastic glue or a fastener of some form.
All Ra's latex hood, and you have it.

To be fair all the instructions are here in UkkieStamper's 'patent' document 😁

I've seen this clip elsewhere and a longer version (she's tied over a bench) - its all the more sexy for the way its shot and I can forgive the gag simply because the actress actually has the ball in her mouth and not half out (unlike some so called bondage models!)
I often find that this type of 'considered bondage' is more arousing than some specialist bondage movies. By 'Considered bondage' I mean something very different to the stereotypical images of either brutal (horrible stuff) or else laughably pathetic (you know the type) bondage; I like to think that considered bondage is when the writer, screen-writer, director or actor(s) actually think about what they're doing (and even have some experience?)
