Only an idea/fantasy but I guess this would be unusual but it's more because it's over the top and excessive. Have not tried this on myself but I do think about it alot...

1. Mouth packing
2. Ballgag
3. Duct tape, wrapped around the head
4. Pantyhose hood
5. Heavy cloth over the mouth.
6. Bandage wrap all over the head, leaving nostrils exposed
7. Full sensory deprivation hood

Agreed. This scared and excited me the first few times I watched it as well. I have panicked in a self bondage session before that wasn't even half as intense as this wrap. I'm sure he has the tools to free her quickly if things went wrong, but that leather collar, hood, etc would still take a bit of time to remove... Phew, she's got a lot of trust in him!
