Sorry if wrong thread, but I think this could also be done alone (she ends up not getting out by herself from the elbow tie, but with a looser cinch, It could be done IMO).
I wonder how can you make the elbow "backpack" by yourself tho...

In reality I'm not sure you could effectively use a knife or scissors to free yourself - certainly I would be very cautious before committing myself to a session.
