I used to try self suspension bondage by a very similar means years ago, but I never managed to get comfortable enough to hang there for more than a few seconds and never managed to get my hands bound as well.

Finally I got the opportunity to watch it. Brilliant! Someone took time to animate it. What an EOTD!

Yes, the double-hammerlock position with all the weight and tension on the throat sounds impossible, as well as enema retension with such a small butt-plug, the scenario still looks quite possible.
