New session last night.

Everything went as usual except that I successfully numbed my legs now, I know... I'm crazy... as a general rule I try to stay on the safe side by tying my hands or legs, but not both at the same time except when I'm doing a hogtie of course, in which case I make sure to have an easy way out in case of an emergency.

I used my armbinder tie (I'm in love with it 😁) and sat down on my knees seiza style. After about 15 minutes my hands went numb, then 10 more minutes and my feet started tingling, and finally by the 30 minute mark I couldn't feel hands, arms, feet and lower legs. Okay, that was the setup, now for the release.

I usually try to release myself from the armbinder with a hook, it's fairly easy, but guess what? Because I numbed my lower legs and feet. I couldn't reach the spot where the hook was... it was weird and very exciting. I could not walk, dang I couldn't even stand because of how numb my feet were. I tried to stand up but my legs were like spaghetti, I guess I hurt my ankle a bit because at some point it twisted very weirdly, but I didn't feel any pain at all. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as it looked, I'm just a little sore right now, nothing out of the ordinary.

However, that was only the beginning of the terror. I slightly panicked because I couldn't reach the hook spot, but I forced myself to stay calm. After a few moments my legs started aching so badly because of the blood flow returning to my feet and calves that I was paralyzed in place. It almost felt as bad as leg cramps. At some point I gave up, and simply laid on the floor looking down. The pain was very intense, but you know my kinks so that was very enjoyable. After 5 minutes of a love-hate relationship with my kinks, I was able to stand up and reach the hook. Nice, I could release my arms from the armbinder.

You though that was over? here comes round no. 2! After releasing my arms, the same kind of pain from returning blood flow started doing it's thing. Worst of all I couldn't coordinate my arms and hands, so I had to suffer from spaghetti limbs once more. Again very painful, but weirdly enjoyable for me. This time it felt like my arms tried to twist on themselves. After some time I regained control and everything went back to 'normal'. My feet ligaments ached, but it was bearable.

The whole experience was a solid 8 out of 5 stars in the pain chart. I don't recommend doing it unless A) You know what you are getting yourself into, B) Do it safely, and have a release mechanism near you. As for me, I may do it again. Those kind of intense sensations are enjoyable and a nice twist from the usual selfbondage session.

There is a simple solution to this nowadays. A simple Bluetooth remote release for your mobile phone. It can be set up before you tie yourself and the remote which is smaller than a a car key remote can be secreted in your gloved hand. Then just click away taking as many photo's as you want. They work perfectly.

On other news, I've been working on a simpler tie for self bondage. Very easy to undo, but snug and secure if you don't trigger the release with the wrists. Another variation let's you hogtie yourself quite securely, but it requires some flexibility and it has the horrible downside of leaving slight rope marks on the skin. Maybe that's something you'd like. It could also be cushioned, but I'm still experimenting.

I'd love to post the instructions as soon as I fix my login problem.

I haven't seen any footage from your sessions, but by connecting your ankle ties to your chest harness instead of your wrists, you can achieve some mean arches. And by adding a noose to either the initial anchor point at the ankles or the harness, you can run the rope in a way that it acts like a pulley, requiring less force to tighten it properly. Add a special ring device to fasten it and it will not slip back (make sure to have a pair of scissors ready or use a panic hook to release the tension of the arch tie).

Use a cushion or pillow under your knees to raise your legs up and pull tight.

Don't forget to stretch your upper thighs first, they will be strained hard in this position.
It's a lot easier if you just cross your ankles and tie them and don't tie your knees together.

What's stopping you? You can achieve a fairly extreme back arch in selfbondage, with some concessions for safety of course.

You'd be surprised how much easier it is with the rope acting as a pulley.
