This one I did right after a failed session, so no complicated stuff, and it could have been tighter. I did almost no editing as I often get requests to leave this or that bit in, so here is all without any cuts.

Wonderful self bondage Anne! I know that feeling at the 21 minute mark, when I've securely self-bound (or in the past when somebody else has tied me) and I realize I'm truly helpless until the ice melts (or whatever my release of the day is). That's when I finally can "relax" into the bondage. And thank you for the pantyhose, it adds a LOT for most of us! 😊

But seriously, I really do like this session - its nice and 'raw', like proper self-bondage should be.

For some bizarre reason even the damp patch on the sheets added a certain something to it all.  😁

I was especially interested in your technique for binding your arms and chest, I'll have to have a go at that - any tips or suggestions?

One point I need to check is how you appeared to get the rope around your upper arms so tight - I can do that, but then leave marks and occasional bruises on my arms/biceps (hard to hide or explain away!), what's the secret?

With a few modifications. If you do it exactly like the instructions it will be really hard to get out and it's not easy to add a release to it besides cutting the ropes. I like to not start with a knot on the back (can possibly be reached by your fingers when you're done), I prefer a metal ring and use that as the central point for everything. Instead of a loop I have to ends of rope left at the end so I don't use the end to tie my wrists but tie it of in front so I can't reach it and tie my wrists with a method where I can have a timed release.

Practice and I still got bruises 😁

But seriously, practice so you get a feel for what is tight enough. Also your body gets used to the ropes, when I first started out I got bruises on my wrists and legs and now that never happens. Even feeling sore is rare. Maybe after using handcuffs because I don't use those very often. I also make sure the rope doesn't cross when looping limbs and when anchoring something to ankles or wrist loops make sure it puts the stress on all the loops. Pulling on a single strand will make it hurt. So I guess the answer is a combination of experience, practice and technique.

I could do workshops and trainings, my knowledge is going to get lost 😋
