Self-Bondage with Duct tape only

Hey ya'll (first post here pls be gentle)
I have been interested in self-bondage for a long time. but I never had the opportunity to buy equipment and at the same time I have never been good with ropes. for this reason I use tape to tie myself up and gag myself, except for a few photos in the attachment, the things I have tried are very few (its me btw) I have tried self-mummification and leggings armbinder and now I want to try different things, maybe I combine what I have tried before or do different things, I don't know, but I need selfbondage scenarios that I can do with tape or simple things at home. in general, what I want is to stay bound and gagged for a certain period of time. I need creative people who can help, thanks in advance.

To make self-bondage with adhesive tape more difficult and therefore more fun, remember to tie your fingers as if you were making mittens.

Without nails or fingers, it will be difficult to free yourself. So be careful.

First off, welcome! Second, it's actually quite easy to tie yourself up very securely with rope and the right technique. All you really need is a padlock to make it inescapable!
@Anne is the developer of the technique and I've used it to great success as part of more complete bondage sessions with hogties as well.

Just off the top of my head the two links below both have videos where the wrist rope technique is shown on screen for tying. I'll admit I was skeptical at first but with a few tries I got my wrists completely snug so they couldn't slip out.
Taping up your ankles and thighs, gagging yourself, and then tying your wrists last sounds like a good intro into using this? Once you want to be free, use the key for the padlock to free yourself, no mess or fuss!
