Why is this the most important question?

The process has destroyed a career, hurt a lot of people, cost me my reputation and wasted 10 years of my life. That for me is important.

It is very hard for me to self-observe while under the influence of these suggestions. I know that from the people around me, my family they have noted that I changed from being a relatively stable, somewhat arrogant (less so in the later years due to fruits of meditation practice) ambitious male to a moody, unreliable person that now starts things but never finishes them, caught in an addiction that drains his energy.

The functioning of my penis has changed. I rarely have orgasms, they are of lower intensity and the energy escapes very quickly into other parts of the body. I am unable to have normal sex, which has jeopardized my last relationship, and now I am not even trying to connect to a woman to spare her the frustration.
