True i don't know anything about anyone's mental health but my own but i never assumed you were stable either or we wouldn't be having this conversation. Im not blaming hypnosis, i blame my subconscious forcing me to be aware of what it makes me feel.
TBT hypnosis is BS, yes it causes psychological effects if you train the ability, in the end its just your ability to lie to yourself what makes it real. Exactly how the files made some self harm memories real again

I suspect PG will not be your cuppa. Most of it is also not mine, most that I have listened to focus heavily on watersports & scat.
