Questions. If these files affected you like no other files, can you tell/guess/assume/hypothesize what makes the files different? Main text/script? Subliminals? Particularly phrased suggestions? General not so clear quality of mixing, what allows for assuming something what was not said? Background sounds? Anything else?

There is no induction, they are made in the "form" of loops (what I like), the files can be listened as a background track noise (also what I like), you can't really memorize them (what @Lycalopex mentioned), because of the above "a bit more, than annoying noise format", yet the text is pretty much the same everywhere, just mixed differently.
