training has gone really well.  i am still able to do work and spend time with the family.  i would rather be sexually active, but with corona as it is mindfucking myself as hard as i can seems the next best thing.  i seem to listen 2-3 times a day, often starting the day off by putting on a file.  if i am too sleepy and lazy of a fuck pig to put on a file, the words still just loop in my head.  there is no escape from my programming when i am aroused.

i had a lot of trouble getting it to work reliably for me too.  it cuts in and out.  usually i just download the file to watch it reliably, but i am not sure how on that site.

Any time I want to download a vid from somewhere I write into google "download from thisvid" for example, and a bunch of free services appear to do just that.
