Not selfbondage? Certainly not in this photo, but I have had some success with a very similar technique though not as many layers (I feel a challange coming on here! 😁 ).

Breathing through the nose would be very difficult - I find anything more than 6 layers can be uncomfortable if the pantyhose are very tight... which they have to be!😉
