Lately I've been putting down a few layers of plastic wrap around my head, then 1 stocking of a set of hose, little more wrap, then finish off with the 2nd stocking. I do leave a perforation in the plastic for breathing...hope the 2nd layer of hose don't push the wrap down over my mouth and nose!
