Phantom is probably the best because it should do a better job at distributing the pressure depending on how tight you like to wrap. For pantyhose I guess it depends on the denier. I typically wrap my head in plastic wrap and I try to wrap it light, but sometimes I misjudge and it does press a little hard on my nose.
The 2nd option is not something I'd wear, even by myself. The third either is not sturdy enough or it will aid in pinching the skin on your nose by providing pressure from the inside to push up against the force of the pantyhose on top. I can't really tell how strong it is - when I look closer it appears the little wheels are made of a fabric such as cotton. If that's the case then I don't see it standing up to tight pantyhose pressing down.

The question how to breathe through a large amount of pantyhose layers didn't let me sleep
So I tried... with 9 Layers I could not see any more but breathing was not a real problem.
I inserted two of these in my nostrils:
The higher the pressure the more it hurted but breathing was easy.
The solution is pretty cheap and save, I have the size 18/14, they are a bit too big, the 9mm hole is big enough to breathe quite comfortably.

Thanks 😊
Originally I was looking for something to seal my nostrils while breathing through a pipe (for example under layers of foil...). The plugs really work fine if the pipe fits the 9mm holes.
