Where did you get it from? It's, actually, the other way around. Tight medical pantyhose and stockings is one of main methods to prevent varicose veins.

From my thinking, I experienced varicose veins on my legs and I thought it was because I wore pantyhose (although maybe a size too small).   So, I naturally reasoned that if wearing pantyhose either too small, all day & night or both, that would cause varicose veins on my penis.
