To play alone, you can :
Leave the keys to a padlock in the forest / at the station locker / far from home.
Come back home and put whatever you like :
( nappy OR enema OR plug OR for panty pee OR....)
Close your trousers with a chain + a padlock instead of a trouser waistband.
Fetch the padlock keys
Have a good time
