Errr....XXXXXX Large? On the eBay listing it tells you:

SIZE 28 (CHEST 52" WAIST 46" ) LENGTH IS 34"
so in metric that will be
Chest: 132cm Waist: 117cm and Length: 86cm

Almost all my latex briefs and shorts dissolved during lasts couple of years. I wonder if I should move to something like these transparent PVC panties
