Maybe a short pleated skirt so when you Spin around the skirt will rise up.
Shoes?? Low heels would be the most comfortable for all day wear.
Something that catches the eye first and let them wonder from the shoes, up the legs, inviting you to give a little spin, just enough for a tease. Then up towards the waist to the breasts.

Kinky would be uncomfortable.
But kinky? I would go with opaque, plus some fishnets, add a plaid pleated short skirt with knee high studded 4 inch heel boots. Locking of course.
