No they are not the same brand, the brand that makes LeoHex specializes in really glossy spandex. They have some kind of copyrighted procedure for making that finish on spandex fabric, which is why Nike bought fabric instead of copying it.
The brand that makes Realise makes all swimwear. I've seen that manufacturers site also... they make 1000's of styles of swimwear sold only in bulk form. Literally a TON of American and Australian swimwear brands sell their product rebranded as their own. Candice Swanepoel rebrands some of their suits in her Tropic of C line. So does Dolls Kill, Vitamin A, TJ Swim, ...so many I could be here all night naming. The highly popular 'Claudia' one-piece suit sold by every major store is theirs also. The manufacturer is well known for quality of fabric and stitching. I've seen their sales people on LinkedIn pushing bulk sales.

Both realise and leohex have the long sleeve, back zip leotard that has accent stripes on the side of each arm and on the side of the torso. Only difference is leohex has 3 stripes and realise has 2. Otherwise, they're practically the same.
That fact coupled with the fact that the leohex has Japanese on the tag is what made me think they were made in the same factory.

That is not an original design of any brand in Asia, it’s a copy of what is the most coveted collector leotard in existence, an original Adidas designed gymnastic leotard from I think 2005, that when rarely seen on eBay fetches over $1000. Buyers have to be very, very careful because eBay is FULL of high quality fakes.
