Identify the Tist (Who done it?)

Anyone know who made this? My gut says Kei but I’ve never found the exact file.

The audio track sounds like Kei, a pre 2020 file, [edit: that vid was uploaded there in 2020] (possibly one of the Good Girl or Feminine series?). 
The video/caption collage (and doubtfully the title) will not be from her.

The audio is probably only part of a file (she didn't usually make files with only 15:45 length 😉 ).
I don't recognize it as a file, but the biblical style & phrases are very familiar, she uses them repetitively in many of her files. 

I transcribed it online (with some corrections) and searched for some of the more unique phrases in the handful text transcriptions of her files that I have, no luck. I don't think it is a Demon or Spirit Girl file, unless the person who made the video edited those bits out. 

Attached the transcription, you may have more luck with it.
