Before they added account access only, you could download the audio clips there (right click or open link in new tab & save? .. long time ago, I don't remember how there). Some of us keep our online presence limited to just a few sites we really like.
If the tists is unknown, you can download it and add it as an attachment to your post above. That is in line with "unknown author - always OK, until the author is known, then start at the top". Better chances of someone here recognizing it that way.
(I don't recognize linked soundcloud clip, you could try DMing Sarah on soundcloud & ask? - if she is the author, you could even get official permission for a hypnotube use in a video there)

That is how I understand @Like Ra's guide lines above (see first post in this thread), if it is one of the allowed types, then there is also no reason to remove it after it has been identified.

There is a clean version of the track without the echo.
