Help me have self control

Hi everyone! Recently I have found myself to be horny a lot throughout the day. Since I’m on break from work and have nothing to do all day I spend a lot of time touching myself. I was hoping for ideas to help control myself. I don’t know if I need to restrain my hands or have a punishment if I fail but I need something! If you have any ideas please help!
I have lots of rope, a collar/leash, and a vibrator.

Forgot to mention I’m a girl! I’ve looked into chastity belts but they are very expensive.

I would recommend chastity belts (but not the cheap ones!). I have two of them (true belts, not male cages). They were the most expensive "toys" that I bought, by far, but they well worth the money.

If you're handy, a female belt is simple enough to make by yourself. Cut a piece of sheet metal in a T or Y shape according to your anatomy, drill holes at the front and back ends, and use chains and a padlock to tie it toghether into a belt. It won't be comfortable, though, so better put it on over some shorts. At least it would give you some ideea of what a true belt feels like and why cheap belts are uncomfortable to wear.

If you're not ready for that, another method would be lo lock your hands away from your crotch. The most practical way is to tie them to your neck, in front. (Don't do it at the back!) If you are really flexible and the chain needs to be really short to prevent you from reaching your crotch, then make a shoulder harness and lock them at the back. In this case the chains can be long, "almost reaching" for an especially frustrating experience.

Hmmmm... I'm not so sure those are the right tools for avoiding the issue described 😏 ... for me at least they would have quite the opposite effect... 

A chastity belt may cause you to not have direct (vibrators will not be deterred by them) easy access, at least below, but I doubt it will help decreasing your libido or passionate thoughts, quite possibly a constant reminder & the opposite. 

Agree with Like Ra, find "something useful to fill up your spare time" (reading/audio books/visit friends/go for walks...) and perhaps limit your playtime as a reward to a specific time of the day or night 🤷🏻‍♀️ . 

When I first read your post, I thought you were at work & it was invasive there. Reminded me of a mind numbing summer job I had as a young teen, cataloguing and sorting hundreds of thousands of art publications in an otherwise human empty building. Unfortunately all of the artwork was very highly erotic, almost cost me my job one day when my boss showed up unannounced to see how things were going...

Thank you! Unfortunately I’m not financially able to get a belt right now but it’s definitely something I’m saving for! Thank you for this suggestion though I will be trying it out today!

This brings up an interesting question: Are you truly looking to break that habit? Or, are you merely looking for a little "Funishment"?

I think I have a simple solution. Not really complex. You can get everything you need from the hardware store. You will need to do some measurements and a little cutting, but would be a good start for you and it’s a lot cheaper than ordering from a bondage supplier.

If you have a one or a one and half inch belt, wrap it around your neck so it’s not lost or snug. Mark it with a sharpie. That’s your collar. Do the same thing to your wrist. Those will be your cuffs.
Make sure that there are still some holes left over after your cuffs and collar are on. You’ll need these later.
Now measure from your collar to your bellybutton. Wright it down.
Trot on down to your local hardware store and buy 3 “D” rings that will fit your collar and cuffs. Also, have the guy there cut you two pieces of chain the length you measured from your neck to your bellybutton.
A bag of zip ties and 3 padlocks.
Maybe a pair of small wire cutters as well.
With these items, you can lock your hands above your love box, out from touching your self and still do some tasks around your home.

Take your collar, slide the D-ring on and put it around your neck so the D-ring is in front of you. You can use a zip tie to feed through the buckle and hole in the belt to prevent the collar from being removed.
Now do the same thing to your wrists.

Now, take the two lengths of chain that you bought, and using one of the 3 locks, lock the 2 chains to the D-ring on your collar so the chains fall in front of you, between your breasts.
Now lock each wrist cuff to each chain so that you will have one chain from your collar to the left wrist and the other chain to your right wrist.

At this point, you can now do simple tasks, feed your self somewhat and carry on with part of your day.

But…. You will need to wear a skirt with no panties. Because once you’re locked in, you won’t be able to touch your self, it’s true, but you won’t be able to remove your shorts or jeans if you need to potty.

Too bad for you, because you lost your keys and forgot to buy the side cutters for the zip ties….
