I started HRT in late 2013 and when full time in 2014, legal name and gender change in 2014, GCS in 2017 and never looked back.

HRT alone will definitely change sex drive and orgasms. For me the desire becomes less, but once you figure things out, you will find that orgasms last longer and multiple orgasms are much more easily possible. For myself after 6 months on HRT, my orgasms went completely dry with nothing coming out. So in the long run, it bevame quality of quantity.

After I had bottom surgery 4½ years ago, my orgasms changed again mostly because nerve ending moved around and things had to remap. I still do bondage, but my preferences have changes. I have no desire for long term chastity but still like it for shorter term and I am much more into rope more than I used to be as I love the sensual feeling of it.

Another big difference is I used to feel guilt and shame after an orgasm especially with bondage, but now everything just feels so right and my wife noticed it as well, especially when we play.

I definitely relate to the "guilt" part too. I'm not sure if it's related to the medicine or not but it feels like it. Maybe it's accepting myself as transgender and social change. Maybe due to more experience wirh bondage...

Also another thing could be gender stereotypes. I always felt bondage was a "girls thing" and doing as male felt wrong to me...

Same. It's about the journey not the destination... Well u don't even need a destination hehe. 

Like drinking perhaps... Rather to slowly enjoy every sip than to chug it in a second and throw up afterwards... Not judging just what I enjoy from experience.

If I may be so bold, I can respond.

This is old Nazi and Soviet propaganda, which correlated the alleged degeneration of customs and hedonism, especially that of the German culture of the 1920s (Weimar Republic) with homosexuality and queer culture in general.

So much so that in the 1970s, at world psychiatric congresses, Soviet doctors asserted that there were no gays or disabled people (especially those from work accidents) in Russia (so much so that until the fall of the Eastern Bloc, those nations were forbidden to send athletes to the Paralympic Games).

Instead, LGBTQ+ people were subjected to forced internment with brutal corrective therapy, or to death by labor in specific mines and/or raioad projects:

the disabled, on the other hand, were hidden/buried for life (sometimes swiftly euthanized) in special hospitals-prisons.

The principle was: there must be nothing to question the superiority, indeed, the inherent perfection of Communism over any other system. Any uncorrectable problems must go away, no matter what.

And for Nazi-Soviet propaganda, LGBTQ+ people were a problem, because they challenged the heterosexual family model, the only possible and obligatory form of relationship.

However, at this moment I can't recall any "main" religion in the world which says different, with all the consequence. So it's not only about political system.
This is very complex subject. Lot of beer can be drinked during discussion.

Straight couples are useful to the state (they make soldiers and workers) while gay couples are only useful to each other. Individualism works fine with capitalism but communism has no use for individuals.
