Definitly... love doing this to myself. I’ve recently been out on a walk like this under a scarf. was such a turn on. and the microfoam held up well. considering the ball gag was tight and causing me to drool by then end.

It rather nicely says it all...

Just wanted to share from a fun night.

    So i have gotten a ring gag with nipple clamps and a silicone anal vibrator plug thing that i use less after it broke and stopped working (trust the amazon reviews) and after i trimmed off the useless perineum flap thing i was left with a great and quite large plug that just so happened to fit my ring gag. So afte putting on the gag and inserting the plug (i have sanitized it many times and it has not been used in months) it was one of the best gaga i actually used. Not deepthroat but it reaches quite far back and you drool harder then whatbi thought a normal mouth could produce. All in all a great gag for 10 bucks.

This is the first long inflatable gag I found.The length is not mentioned, but the proportions imply ~1cm. A step in the right directions? Just make it longer and add a breathing tube for safety!

I have this exact same gag, ordered from Ali for ~€12.
~10 cm is about right.

When inflated, it sits right at the back of the roof of the mouth, continuously triggering my gag reflex hard.
For me personally, it's very unpleasant, but with more training, who knows.
It's also very light. I would prefer it if it had more weight to it.

Looks like they just attached an inflatable penis butt plug to a panel gag.
If you look closely, you'll notice that if the flared base is aligned in parallel with the panel, the penis bit is sideways as well.

Yes, that was my first thought! Can it be rotated 90°, so it points downwards? Or the nose will be completely covered?

What I noticed is that inflatable dildos cause more gag reflex, than solid ones.
