Gags (and Hoods) - A personal view

I took a lot of notes here. There are a good 100 things on this page that I haven't tried but would love to.

I'm a huge fan of erotic asphyxiation. The only "gags" I've ever used are saran wrap, rope, grocery bags, panty hose, and water.

I have taken a few risks with these, especially being the novice that I am. for the most part I always had my hands free while playing with these, so I could easily breathe again if need be. I found rope to be the most ineffective. I tied it around my head and mouth, but it hurt more than it stopped breathing.

When I used saran wrap I didn't poke out any holes like you suggested, and I left it on as long as I could. It gave me a huge rush, but my hands were also very free.

One of my favorites is using water, like a drowning effect. A few times I would fill up a grocery bag with water as much as I could and then quickly wrap it around my head, trying my best to not let it all out. It felt great being underwater, and not letting myself out for a while. Another good one was in my bath tub actually. First I got into my blue swimsuit, or not if I didn't have it yet. Some times I would tie my legs and arms, and other times I would just leave them free. I take a couple small pieces of toilet paper and stuff them in my nose and lay on my back while the tub fills with water. I haven't found any successful way of strapping myself down, which is probably for the best. Once the water gets up to my face I take my last few breaths while the water rises above my head, it's a real rush.

The only time I have ever felt "in danger" was while using said grocery bag. I have myself spread eagle on my bead, with a couple of small nooses ready for my hands. I put on the grocery bag with a little knot so it would stay on, and put my hands in the nooses. Now, the reason I did this was because I knew my hands could easily get out of the regular lasso knots, but I didn't account for how long. I remember coming to my last few breaths of air before I was able to struggle free and get the bag off. I never really tried it again, but there rush was exhilarating. Probably too close of a call though.

Water encasement / drowning has quickly become my fascination - due mostly to the asphyxiation cartoon pics on this site. I have a lot of trouble getting a bag and water over my head and sealed so I can enjoy the sensation. I tried with duct tape and plastic wrap but both were cumbersome and I lost a lot of time just trying to get it sealed. Not sure if you visit anymore but if you could describe how you did it and how long it took that would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen a gag becoming more and more frequent recently that I want to try, but not sure how well or how long I'd be able to breathe in it. I've been seeing it in a bunch of Gina Michaels vids lately, where she does a mouth stuffing gag and wraps it with tape, and then afterwards she puts a shoe over their nose(sometimes with a sock, panties, or pantyhose rolled up where the nose is) and tapes the shoe in place. It seems to work a great length in muffling the victim, and on the videos they seem to struggle for a good while with no signs of breathing trouble, but I'm not sure how practical(or safe) it would be in an actual session. Would try it myself, but not quite in a hurry to win the Darwin award yet.😁

Just try it with your hands free. Increase the time. Then try to sleep with the gag in. At least this is how I test new toys. Deep-throat gag training can be perfectly combined with enema (your attention will be drawn to either one side or another 😋 )

OK, let's bring this one back alive - seems like the best place to start the discussion.

I've wanted an inflatable gag forever, and now that SOMEONE around here got me hooked on Aliexpress shopping, I'm looking there....

The use will be mostly self-bondage, so let's focus there.

The units that intrigue me most, either from a value or a usability standpoint (likely combining them with my faux-leather hood with mouth hole or a ring gag harness) are:

Inflatable gag 1

Inflatable gag with a strap  (Likely removing the strap portion of this one?)

Inflatable gag with a strap (Same consideration of using without the strap it came with)

I acknowledge all of them can be dangerous if used improperly.

THAT SAID, does anyone here have experience with any of these (or similar) units? I'm not into the butterfly style, which (based on my reading during my search here) isn't really where I want to go anyway.

The inflatable butterfly gag I've got is the earliest ugly model not suitable for gagging at all 😁

Currently I use two inflatable gags with air tube (usually connected to enema bags with "some" liquid 😁 ), one of them is built-into a latex hood.
