Yes, I agree. I like some parts, but I dislike other parts, I haven't found one hypnosis file yet that I like in its totality. But which ones are the positive ones? Many other hypnos that were shared in this forum have psychologically harmful features: humiliation, split of the self, orders to lose intelligence and freedom, orders to erase the old self, etc. Do you know more positive and psychologically healthy options? Which ones?

I would say quite the opposite. From your list in particular I avoid humiliation and bimbofication. Where did you find "erasing old self"? Yes, it was mentioned ones and also in the "to avoid: sense, there is no audio file for that. If you check this thread you will find a lot of positive files. Thanks for the reference. I was talking about the bambi thread and the bandler thread, they have many negative features. I also dislike humiliation and bimbofication, like you. Other features that I dislike are their female voices, violent images, bad music, unhealthy suggestions, and annoying noises. I tolerate them because I like other features (some non-violent images of gurls with men, some written or spoken sentences), and because I still cannot find a file that fits better with my preferences.

Just to make myself clear about my objections. I disagree with this statement:

Yep, I understand, in this case I usually remove what I do not like with Audacity 😁 Not possible with subliminals, though...

Take into account that I said "in this forum", not "in this thread", and we agree that all bambi files and some bandler files have some negative features. Also, I didn't say that as a criticism, but as a mere description, and I think those files have many valuable features too, so it's good that they were shared here.
Yes, I think writing my own scripts might be a good option. I'd love to hear your ideas for your own scripts.
