I just ordered School girl costume from LightInTheBox. 

It appears to come in pretty large sizes. It’s supposed to arrive any day now, i’ll keep you posted.

Received the costume today.
Unfortunately where the seller put 92 cm on a 5XL for the waist it is in fact only 80cm.

Too bad, it looks pretty good quality.

Ali without reviews is roulette, and even positive feedback is not a guarantee.
As for ebay, delivery will cost me more than the skirt itself.
So far I started looking for ads on local sites, but still they make covers for a tank  😁 rather than a schoolgirl's skirt on such a waist.
