Cathode and anode implies polarity. Forget about polarity at e-stim! DC causes acidity and electolysis inside the body, that's very harmful and wrong at all. The current must be always alternating with no DC part at all.

Actually I may have used the wrong words. The tens unit has wires with a black and a red connector, which I then called kathode and anode. Of course it is AC and not DC.
I am always rather precise with those colors, even though it may make no difference. Just in case it might when using both channels of the tens unit.

I bought one! Installation on my iphone went a little bit difficult but it works. 

I used it a couple of times. The first time my phone goes on stand-by (in selfbondage) and the program stops. The second time was great! Set my phone on always on. The No Sleep function has a random function. That's great feature for torture in selfbondage with many settings.

I have also ordered the "Remotely controlled electric shock system" and have aeady tested and played with it a few times. It's a very nice device with lots of functions.
But: I need a translator app on a 2nd device, after the update it has also become a bit different. What I don't like so much is that the shocks feel very pointy and I had to get some adapters to use my existing toys.
The various functions are pretty self-explanatory, only the patterns are described in Chinese.
The Bluetooth connection is quite stable and the range is good. But without Wi-Fi or mobile data, nothing works.

Just received my device and have the same language challenges.  Able to translate static menus but cannot find where to configure connections and the tutorials move too quickly to translate. .  @Texmex Can you help or are you stuck here too?
