Hey people! I sort of figured how to fight back on many of the hypnosis files but that also led me to figuring out what would be the toughest and most effective strategy in file. I have listened to the CFT file today.
First of all: CFT would be most intense for someone who is just starting out with exploring gender or is in denial about it or something like that (like people who are a

eady feminine or have clarity before they got into hypnosis, the instructions won't make much sense to you since you are a

eady fem and if part of your conciousness leaves to be something on its own and join you back, it will still be the same as you were). People who haven't tried emg file yet would need some induction or trying out that one other emg file that he specifically made to make a person more used to him (though this applies to most of emgs files).
Now:
The best way to fight these files is logic and awareness while in trance, but mainly logic. The logic shouldn't be hard if you think for yourself in everyday life, and both factors should be easy to attain if you are self-aware in everyday life. For example: there is a line, the line main body starts with to form rest is that the voice or tulpa or persona or part of conciousness that becomes the new main personality separates from your current conciousness: the way to fight this is to use logic that even when it grows, it will still be you (and from this you can branch out all sorts of logic or ignorance to suggestions that you want; this is just an example for this file).
Thr tough part is maintaining your thoughts and logic once you exit the hypnosis session and main body files, which is of course because you were in trance while listening and your mind was really open, and therefore, it very likely entered directly into your main stream of thought (in computer terms like main thread from which processes branch). While you do this after hypnosis process, you will likely feel sort of exhausted mentally and a bit tense because it will require concentration. How long you have to.maintain it depends on how strong the files is and how much time it would take for it to exit effectiveness or can say main stream of thought.
Think of it like you are basically gaslighting the file or statements and suggestions in the file. And there is no one to stop you from it (could be difficult if it was an in person hypnotist because they could spot that you are doing this and would tell you something like - just imagine - to snap your defense).
The thing is, many of these files, the strongest of files, sort of use circular logic that base from a main statement or claim(s). Currently, the most difficult type of file to break would be the one that is based on beliefs like demons or succubus that you personally agree with or resonate with, or the kind that can overwhelm your mind comfortably while planting base aggreable ideas (think BambiSL). But if you refute the belief or stay firm in your self while listening to the overwhelming kind, they lose effectiveness, at least to a degree (BambiS is often the most effective type because people who try it mostly want to explore at least one idea presented in it and it has a wide range of ideas, and the languge in its sophisticated gaslighting is simple enough to feel friendly (as if it was your mom or close friend)).
The strongest type of file would be that has no holes in logic and it is like a ball of logical web with no holes/weak links the kind many of the current ones do. Because hypnosis works with mind, beliefs will always be a part of the hypnosis systems in sessions, but how it builds from the foundation is what makes the difference.
