Neat idea, but most of the R-G Light videos never really worked for me, the material often was not my cuppa (not that it was a desire "modification" which needed to be awakened in me) and/or the timing was off.
There used to be a custom scroller (long gone) which used a tumbler/reddit/redgifs picture/gif scroller & you could tweak the categories slightly (was important to have a few or more categories which would always be negative), the time was around or under a minute per frame if I remember correctly. The scroller picked pictures from the selected categories randomly. Probably possible to do DIY with one of the still available reddiit/redgif scrollers & selecting categories which work for you.
The rules were very simple (from memory):
Negative Stimulation:
- If there was no "cock" shown, hands off & either snap a rubber band around your wrist or flick the inside of your wrist with your finger, hard enough to be very unpleasant.
Reward Stimulation:
