Found on the web, an interesting bit of DIY with a cut-off party balloon.

I did the same, but without cutting balloons off. Turned out to be dangerous, as if the balloon slips, it might end up with the tight rubber ring directly on the flesh. And it's painful. Rather, PAINFUL!

This caption makes our knees buckle. Only because it's so close to our current state. The ability to come out of that state remains but the wish and will to do so just keeps diminishing.

@Opal Would this be a possible candidate for scripting? It's our personal fixation currently so not too sure if it would be popular as a person would need to have some reasonable acquaintance with long term chastity to accumulate enough 'energy' of submission and desire for the sensations to transmute the frustration and denial into that delicious sensation she references...

Without the catheter, I can pull out. I tried using the catheter, but it won't go in completely. I can push it until the last 2-3 cm, but it won't go any more. It probably reaches the prostate / sphincter.

1) Is it so long intentionally? Is there a benefit that I'm not aware of, to push it past the sphincter, except for ABDL (which I probably don't like)?
Should I cut it short?

2) What lube do you use for catheters?

1) never had any issues getting a catheter in.. the ones I had were easily 10-15cm long when removed from the CB
    But everybody's body is different... defo best not to force things
2) Ideally single use water based sterile lube, but with these shorter Catheters I have used generic KY/Water based lubes and so far have not had any issues
    definitely STERILE lube if going for Foley style catheters though!!

I bought the one with spikes. Without the catheter, pulling off is easy. I did not have time to test the catheter yet - I'd like to sterilize it.

You may also want to clean the inside of the catheter before sterilizing as we've had experience with machine shop filth inside the stainless variety.

We might just offer with all the pullout advice and corresponding spike placement that the permanency and inescapability problem is easily solved with a PA piercing. Our experience with the Looker 2 or 3 from Steelworxx:

Ours was customized with both the shackle for the PA from the 03 along with the catheter from the 02. Can't use both at the same time though - it's either/or but with the PA shackle IT IS INESCAPABLE. Trust us on that one.

We're sure this can be accomplished more affordably on Aliexpress but the Steelworxx allowed full customization.

The change we would make to our existing cage would be to make the cage for shaft diameter a couple of mm less wide as the sensation of attempting to become erect with the catheter in place created such an overwhelming sensation of 'being trapped and controlled' in such an uncompromising fashion that words would be an injustice. Not painful at all but just an inescapable sense of 'nowhere to go' and 'no possibility for relief'.

Of course getting a PA pretty much dictates you'll be sitting to pee for the rest of your life. We got our PA 40+ years ago along with a guiche as the 'organic' solution (of locking PA and Guiche rings together). This was prior to the emergence of the affordable chastity cage.
