Ye's (Kanye West, for those who don't keep up with his whimsies) current partner would fit right in here. She (or he?) seems to have a thing for pantyhose/bodysuits.

Apparently they got kicked off of/received a life-time ban from a venetian boat/taxi service due to some "R-Rated Incident". No idea if that is referring to the wardrobe or some other activities.
