Attachments can not be viewed or downloaded

Looks like Cloudflare changed something, and now new attachments can not be viewed or downloaded.
I can make the visible again by resetting the cache for particular attachments, but this is not the solution.
I'm trying to figure out what can be done.

I reuploaded it, but the error is the same:

"The specified attachment does not exist."

And no errors in the logs.
The DB entry is correct.
The file has correct name and is on the disk.
Let me clear the CloudFlare cache...

Having trouble downloading or playing that last Catgirl file -Rubberdoll Academy. When I try to download it says it does not exist. Likewise, playing the file does not work either.  Problem with the link?

With CloudFlare again.... I cannot reset the cache right now, let's give it several hours. And I need to understand, why it suddenly started to happen. I would blame cliudflare, but .... you never know....

Should be available now. Not sure what happened with CloudFlare.

- The cache is configured not to cache 404

Caching 404 pages is a typical CLouflare issue. Going through all CF-related forums posts ....
