When I started the Bambi files, it was all I wanted.  I wanted Bambi to be in complete control, I loved the idea of being in the pink box.  I have a beautiful collection of panties stocking and garters but one day I realized what I was doing was not right, it took a year and a half, but I quit cold!  If I can do it, anyone can!  And I started when I was 19.

Exactly, it's about changing what you want, your mindset, your behavior, and not forcing you to do what you don't want, why would you want to stop if deep down you crave it every time and want it for real? I mean, if you don't consider it like a bad habit like, a really strong porn addiction, smoking and other stuff that with some time can make you miserable, why would you want to stop? I think for a subject that is clearly deep in BS the only way to get out of it is a complete change of objective, something powerful enough on your mind to change what you really want (yeah it's pretty obvious). And don't get me wrong, I don't say all of this like BS was a disease or something. BS never got me on the hook for a long time, I like it, but for me is more like a mental holiday, since things don't seem to "work as it should", so is pretty easy for me to stop.

This biggest draw to me was giving up control I absolutely love that idea! But some aspects pushed me away.

I do, do agree that, but I think the BS files are more conditioning when you of it, it's really a beautiful thing.

I see, I do agree too, if you can stop by yourself (or someone do it to you maybe?), with sometime things will fade, and it will be easier and easier to stay away (well, at least it seems like it). But all the conditioning is path to get somewhere, don't you think when you pass this point (where the conditioning work is presumably done) it wouldn't be hard to stop/get out?
