I suspect a very good tuck, probably with tape (& up top with a strapless pushup bra).  Tape will give the best tuck, but can be a PITA when you need the toilet.

You can get a good tuck with just a snug thong, but the thong would be very visible under that leotard & stockings.
Here a tuck with a thong (and no, I do not wear those shorts normally in that combination, was just trying on some shoes):

   

I recently bought one of these, is much smaller than the above & still gives a good tuck (balls inside body, rest tucked back), but the thong outline is visible under lycra:

They run a bit small/tight, so don't downsize. The material is doubled, fairly firm due to the inner sheet & not silky smooth.

I’ve dropped 15+ kilos this year and all it got me was the realization that Amoresy will never fit me because my ribcage, feet, legs, shoulders, etc are too big, even though I’m actually in their size chart now. 

I can close the zipper but it doesn’t look or feel right and never will, unless they decide one day to tap the market of western crossdressers.

Good job wth the -15kgs!

Even on the Leohex models getting the back zipper up on models with them requires some acrobatics 😉 .... a lot of the issue is the very fine & delicate teeth & angle needed to get them to line up. 

I often also have the same issues with the ribcage (breast measurement) and shoulders when they are in the mix with most Asian manufactured clothing (our bone structure is outside their considerations). So far Leohex has worked out (including the full "Catsuit" with feet). I'm hoping Amoresy & Leohex are similar enough in size, fit and especially stretch that it will work out here as well (at least the shoulders & a zipper are not factors with the Delphina Series Unitard 😊 ). I'll report back when in stock in my size & I have tried it.
