Actual *forced* feminization?

I've been a closeted sissy for many years, and I've tried hypnosis + occasional supportive girlfriends (they weren't really into it, but they humored me) + different chat-roulettes, etc, etc.

All good fun. 😊 But all of them - even the ones with extreme step-by-step programs - were make-belief and worked on the honor system. There were zero consequences for chickening out or not doing the assignments you didn't like...

And so, my question: is there any way, any existing site, any established program that would actually force you to get feminized?

For example... Before Tumblr's huge Puritan purge, there was Princess Megan (itsmeganprincess) who bragged about having an intense year-long course of escalating challenges: fail her once, and you're out, but if you stuck with the free program (while sending proof pics) long enough, then she'd threaten to blackmail you to motivate you to take the more extreme steps. (Getting tattoos, piercings, etc.) I never did figure out if she was just an amazing liar or if she was for real, and I was too hesitant to apply... She's disappeared from the internet after Tumblr kicked her out and Bdsmlr proved to be too buggy.

Before you mention hypno files - yup, I know about them, but once again, you can always quit them and deprogram haha

There used to be a fun university-themed site with anime pictures and courses to complete over several weeks, but a) all the punishments were on the honor system, nothing forced about it, and b) the site's creator abandoned it, so it stagnated without any updates. 😟

And so: is there any way to actually get *force* feminized? Any way at all? 😉
@"Gabriel"  You may not like my answer.

Anyone who is actually willing to blackmail you and use any data you have given to them to expose, dox or compromise you in ways which you believe are "life ruining" are not people you should entrust that data to. They will not have your desires, goals or self interests at heart.

You get them regularly on one of the "chat-roulette" sites you are probably referring to, they pose as Doms/Dommes and when they have what they need, they try to extort money for non-exposure or not doxing you. They are not interested in your "secret desires". The Mods are good about banning them when noticed or are informed on the site I am referring to, but they come back under a new name & IP or new ones come to take their place. If they have your personal contact infos, they may continue doing so even after being banned.
Online "blackmail" is really not a safe or good idea imho.

Online play partners who are sane, will always operate on the trust & "honor" system and will treat it as a game you are expected to be motivated to participate in and follow within the agreed boundaries without for you ever having truly devastating consequences. Not all people are sane & some who do not necessarily have nefarious reasons can be just as dangerous out of a plain lack of experience, naivety and not being able to comprehend the concept of empathy.

I always suggest...

Find a trusted irl partner who does not just tolerate or "humor" you, but shares an interest in your passions & the motivation is to not disappoint your partner.
or
Find a trustworthy local to you irl friend who is like yourself & explore together (if you are into chastity, you can be each others key-holders too 😁) . Is a heck of a lot more fun than online, you can learn from each other and again, not wanting to disappoint, peer pressure & friendship are the motivating factors (and boundaries are much more easily tested & explored together with someone else).

A little more safe than online might be a local and established fetish/BDSM group, where in a good one there is some community peer pressure and fear of expulsion for any Dom/Domme who callously crosses boundaries. But they vary a lot and does not automatically mean all of the people in them are safe. Getting involved in local groups (or going to LGBT+ events, dances etc) can be very helpful finding and getting to know others who are open to & have similar interests to your own.

If the irl is more than just feminization & becomes sexual, always be safe & make sure you are both PrEPed & STI vaccinated.

Excellent question. Something I've been thinking about for years. Let's think together. Let's think theoretically, and, for the time being, let's ignore any (real or possible) moral, health, or legal issues.

First of all, we need to agree on the terms and definitions.

What do we understand under "feminization"? A process? The end result? If the end result, what should it look like? What are the criteria? Is HRT absolutely needed? Is FFS required? Is SRS required? Any other surgery? Manners? Or clothes and makeup is enough? What about sexual orientation?

Then "[en]forced". Are we talking about changing the will (e.g. by step-by-step brainwashing)? Are we talking about life circumstances, when the person has to impersonate a woman, e.g. to get a job ("Some like it hot", "Tootsie") or to win in a competition (drag-queen shows)? Blackmailing? Magic? Life-threatening? Or pure kidnapping, narcosis and surgery?

Or do we discuss all possible scenarios?

I've been casually thinking about this for a while now. I do not have answers to these definitions yet but the game below is an interesting place to start from.

I think the  BONUS (EXTREME) area is way too much but otherwise a lot of this game could be tailored with minimum effort.
From here though is the idea of accountability.  What are some ways to create accountability?

" 1. Some kind of site that gets a $ buy-in from every participant, and then you lose your buy-in money if you don't provide frequent proof (pics with no face?) of completing feminization tasks. The last person who continues with the program will get everyone's cash. 😉 (There is a similar site for writers: if you don't log on and type for at least 30 minutes a day, you're at risk of losing the monthly subscription fee: those who log on and type daily will make more $ than they'd paid. The site owner takes a small fee.)"

This is an interesting idea.  Something like a Fantasy Football league.  There would need to be a commissioner to run the league. I have more thoughts on this but they are jumbled up and need to be sorted. I will think more about it over the weekend and try to put together a cohesive idea.

You mean, this scenario/progrram it can be theoretically "enforced" on someone?
BTW, it's more about sissification.
