So I was working on my printer to fine tune it and make use of my kilograms of plastic making something fun and easy. Turns out building a large 3d scanner is difficult and explaining why you want a scan of yourself naked is quite difficult. Barring that having a human sized mold of yourself around is going to attract a lot of attention so essaynm will have to wait for a few years unless I figure that problem out. Luckily you can go with this method to build it if you are interested. This method requires the use of maya/3ds by autodesk. Get a trial version or ask someone who does (like me). You can get a 3d scan of yourself(the more accurate the better) and import to maya/3ds. Use the auto rig function to rig your scan and move it to the way you want to look before making a negative of your scan (a mold sized to the chest/trunk or whatever your bondage area area) and remove the space needed for what you want in the final product (space for a vr headset,cables,tubes etc) and cut it up into printer sized chunks. Then find a flexible plastic to your taste with decent hardness but still the ability to flex without breaking over time. You then print the chunks on high infill (especially where it will carry your weight like a mattress) but more importantly more outer layers to maintain strength before joining the chunks in the box of your choice. However else you want to build it or design otherwise is your choice.offenses.

Which gave me an instant idea, combine the two with some juryrigging to get a press in bondage that could be put on by yourself and quickly. The difficulty is in getting it properly positioned for comfort as well as how to lock it in place for bandage. Will be updating this in the future as I have too much plastic on my hands to know what to do with.

Worked on this a bit and am currently printing out a few designs for testing. First is a simple latching pressure latch that can basically make getting in easy and allows you to secure it decently without needing a lock. The best part about all this is that the bondage is strict and very effective at limiting access once the handcuffs are put in as pla does not flex that much while still allowing you to easily put on more stuff even when elbow bound. Whoever invented this rotating cuff is a godsend. Next on the list will be integrating printed roller chains into the bondage to act as a more restrictive and easy to install rope.
List of stuff I need to get done to finish this.
1. Sprocket chains.(ehh)
2. Locking pressure latches (fairly easy)
3. Breast harness (hard, needed in order to properly secure elbow bondage.)
4. Chastity belt(hard, ergonomics is not my forte but it is amazing in terms of security and attachment options.)
5. Head harness(hard, ergonomics is difficult when using plastic and a silicone ball/whatever and no leather.)
6. How is all this supposed to fit together to make hard to escape bondage.
Standardizations I am adding in place is that only M3 and M6 screws as well as locks can be used for the additional hardware. The only plastic currently accepted is pla but I might be forced to use tpu in order to get flexibility for the head harness and beast harness.
If you have any suggestions just add them down below.
Maybe for the head you could try something similar to this, but please include some holes for breathing if you use this idea.
I actually 3d designed some of those ball mitts and a ball hood for 3d printing although I have not printed them yet. It's not posted anywhere public but I'm happy to share what I have so far. Perhaps improvements could be made if anyone is interested.

btw, nice cuffs design. That certainly is going to be inescapable.
Ender brand PLA. They are very sturdy in tension and compression but suck comparatively at torsion. On high infill it may as well be unbreakable. Not my design of cuffs btw

Hmmm, I tried to add the files as attachments to this message but it's not allowed. If Ra could allow .step files maybe or if I were pm'd an email address I could send them to, that would work.
