OK, I listened to all of them. I wonder if they affected anything...

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but when I try to listen to them, they sound very much like Chinese.

Only "sound like" 😉

Probably not but who knows! I like to think of this type of audio as priming.
Here is an example:
"a priming study was carried
out by Friedman et al. (2005), in which males who were subliminally primed with words
related to alcohol rated women as more attractive than when they were primed with words
not related to alcohol. Priming words were presented for a few milliseconds on the screen
before the attractiveness of a woman had to be evaluated in a subsequent picture. Words
related to alcohol were, for example, “wine” or “beer,” whereas words such as “coffee”
or “milk” were not related to alcohol. Still, the priming effect could be observed only in
subjects who preferred alcohol to stimulate their libido."

I tried again (number 8), but I still cannot understand it. Occasionally a word like hypnosis which is probably the same in almost all languages. But that is it.

Dont worry about it and just listen to the Never Rose series.  That series uses the same ideas and is much better than the 10 Stations of Lady Tang.

Subliminal stuff is also considered priming. Ah... nobody knows how and if it's working.. Anyway, just another method, might work for some. No - use another method (NLP principle).
